家庭教育权利和隐私法案(FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. 教育部.

Withdrawal date is defined by the day the student withdraws as determined by the school. Unofficial withdrawal review is required for students who receive grades of F, W, I X, 而且 NC in any combination without any passing grades at the end of the semester. The FAA uses the latest date of attendance unless the student provides proof of the actual later date of attendance, 而且证明是由老师或导师支持的. When a last date of attendance cannot be determined, the 50% unofficial withdrawal date is used.
